Who is responsible

Kvarta Real Estate LLC, 14 Ilia Chavchavadze Ave, 0179 Tbilisi, Georgia, hello@demo-realestate.abedev.com.

What we store

When you request a viewing or a valuation we store your name, phone number, e-mail, the property, the date and your message – only to arrange the appointment. Requests are deleted after twelve months unless a contract follows.

Saved listings

The listings you mark with a heart are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They are never sent to us, and you can remove them at any time.

No tracking

This website loads no external services: fonts, pictures and the district map come from our own server. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.

Your rights

You can ask at any time which data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Write to hello@kvarta.example.
